Log into your Owl account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a digital return authorization.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.

Ship It Back

Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
